The Highland Dusun of Kiulu have used bamboo rafts for centuries as a means of transport and recreation sports.AG River Adventures is proud to continue this legacy by being the only traditional bamboo rafting provider in Sabah.

Experience this rafting heritage at the famous Kiulu River, a hub for white water rafting in Sabah. The Kiulu River is a Class I - II in the international white water rafting grading system.

This exciting getaway is located one and a half hour from Kota Kinabalu City. The excursion ranges from 6 - 16 Km which takes about 1 – 2 1/2 hours of wet and fun adventure. Enjoy the sun and scenery of riverine villages, orchards, rubber farms, hanging bridges, water buffaloes and friendly people along the way.

AG River Adventures also offers a 1 - 2 1/2 hours of fun and adventure white water rafting on rubber dinghies in the same river.

For the more adventurous try our Sandakan Death March Rafting Package at Liwagu-Kaananan River, in the district of Ranau which covers 40 - 50 Km of excursion that takes 4 - 6 hours through jungles and challenging rapids during the wet seasons.
